Darry l McGinn: Development of relationships with the East Timor based NGO, Bia Hula through the Brisbane City Council Social Justice Program. Provision of, in-country, technical support for capacity building (inc. Oecusse) on specific water supply projects aimed at minimising mosquito-borne disease. The project commenced in November/December 2000.
